REIBA is present in 2 Apostolic Vicariates of Bolivia: the Apostolic Vicariate of Ñuflo de Chávez in the department of Santa Cruz de la Sierra and the Apostolic Vicariate of Reyes in the department of Beni. Both Vicariates are located in the eastern region of Bolivia, characterized by temperatures ranging from 11°C in winter to 38°C in summer.

San Antonio de Lomerío Mission is located in the municipality of San Antonio de Lomerío – Ñuflo de Chávez Province – Santa Cruz de la Sierra Department / Bolivia.
The municipality has 29 communities, and REIBA has one mission site in San Antonio, where the 13 de Junio Educational Unit is located. The site also has early childhood and secondary education levels, with a total student population of more than 400 students.
The native language is Bés+ro, which is mainly spoken by the local ancestors. Therefore, REIBA’s presence is essential for strengthening this language through collaborative work with the teachers at the Educational Unit, in order to prevent its extinction.

Therefore, REIBA’s presence is crucial for the preservation and continuation of nature conservation efforts, working alongside the community to raise awareness among new generations.
